At NuSolutions Inc., we are committed to providing quality healthcare products and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy below for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Incontinence Products.
Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
We accept returns on most DME products under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Products must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us at [customer service email/phone] to request an RMA.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in error or damaged.
Non-Returnable DME Items Include:
- Used or assembled equipment
- Custom or special-order products
- CPAP/BiPAP machines, masks, and accessories (if packaging has been opened)
- Equipment billed to insurance or Medicare
Incontinence Products
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on incontinence products, including but not limited to:
- Adult diapers and briefs
- Underpads and liners
- Wipes and disposable bed protectors
Exceptions
If you receive the wrong item, wrong size, or if the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
How to Start a Return

- If eligible, we will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.
- Package the item securely and include your RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the product to the return address provided by our team.
