Shipping Policy

You can expect to receive your order within 2 to 5 days. Orders for in-stock items will be shipped to you from the nearest NuSolutions warehouse on the same working day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the following business day. Shipping costs are determined by the order size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address.

We do not ship to continental U.S (AK, HI, PR or GU).

Additional Shipping Charges

Some shipments may require an additional charge, including:

  • Certain oversize items
  • Equipment, scales, carts, and any orders weighing more than 250 lbs.
  • For urgent deliveries, expedited services, including Saturday delivery, are available but not guaranteed. All dependent on shippers availability

Damaged Merchandise Policy

All NuSolutions orders are free on board (FOB) shipping point, meaning the carrier is responsible for merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. For your protection, please follow these procedures:

  • Carefully inspect each carton for damage
  • Check the shipment against the carrier’s delivery receipt to make sure you have received all cartons listed.
  • Have the driver note shortages or damage, even if slight, on the delivery receipt.
  • Immediately after delivery, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. If you find any damage, DO NOT discard the cartons or any contents of your package.
  • Please contact a customer service representative immediately at 559-777-7047, and we will assist you further.

Returns and Exchanges

At NuSolutions Inc., we are committed to providing quality healthcare products and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy below for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Incontinence Products.

Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

We accept returns on most DME products under the following conditions:

  • Return Window Products must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized with a Return Merchandise
    Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us at sales@nusolutions-inc.com or call us at 559-777-7047 to request an RMA.
  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in error or damaged.

Non-Returnable DME Items Include:

  • Used or assembled equipment
  • Custom or special-order products
  • CPAP/BiPAP machines, masks, and accessories (if packaging has been opened)
  • Equipment billed to insurance or Medicare

Incontinence Products

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on incontinence products, including but not limited to:

  • Adult diapers and briefs
  • Underpads and liners
  • Wipes and disposable bed protectors

Exceptions

If you receive the wrong item, wrong size, or if the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at sales@nusolutions-inc.com or call us at 559-777-7047 with your order number and reason for return
  • If eligible, we will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions
  • Package the item securely and include your RMA number inside the package
  • Ship the product to the return address provided by our team.
